- Softened butter - 113g/ 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar - 60g/ 1/2 cup
- Curd - 180g/ 3/4 cup

- Baking soda - 2g/ 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder - 4g/ 1 tsp
- milk - 60g/ 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 5ml/ 1 tsp
- Tutti frutti (topping) - 12.5g/ 1 tbsp

- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with parchment paper, setting it aside for later.
- In a bowl, add the tutti frutti.
- Then, add 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Mix well until the tutti frutti is nicely coated and set aside. This step is important to prevent the tutti frutti from sinking to the bottom.
- In another bowl, combine the butter and sugar.
- Mix until you achieve a smooth and fluffy texture.
- Add the curd to this mixture.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Next, sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Mix partially.
