Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats - 90g / 1 Cup 
  • Milk - 475ml/ 2 Cups
  • Chopped Dark Chocolate - 30g/ 2 tbsp 
  • Brown sugar/any sweetener of choice - 12g / 1 tbsp
  • Half of a medium-sized apple
  • One small banana 
  • Strawberries - 4

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it simmers. 
  2. Stir in the oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 mins, stirring it occasionally until it turns tender and creamy. 
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add in the chopped dark chocolate and brown sugar. 
  4. Stir until the chocolate is melted and well-combined. 
  5. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and add chopped banana and strawberries or your choice of fruits.
  6. Enjoy your quick, healthy and delicious breakfast!
