Ingredients
- Rolled Oats - 90g / 1 Cup
- Milk - 475ml/ 2 Cups
- Chopped Dark Chocolate - 30g/ 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar/any sweetener of choice - 12g / 1 tbsp
- Half of a medium-sized apple
- One small banana
- Strawberries - 4
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it simmers.
- Stir in the oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 mins, stirring it occasionally until it turns tender and creamy.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add in the chopped dark chocolate and brown sugar.
- Stir until the chocolate is melted and well-combined.
- Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and add chopped banana and strawberries or your choice of fruits.
