Whole wheat banana dark chocolate muffin is a healthy baked dessert made with whole wheat, milk, ripe bananas, and dark chocolate..
Ingredients
- Ripe Bananas (Medium sized) - 3
- Milk - 236ml/ 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 60ml/ ¼ cup
- Whole Wheat Flour - 180g/ 1 ½ cups
- Jaggery - 100g/ ½ cup
- Baking Powder -5g/ 1 tsp
- Chopped dark chocolate - 90g/ ½ Cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 mins and line your muffin tray with muffin liners.
- In a separate large bowl, smash your bananas and add milk and vegetable oil.
- Sift together wheat flour, jaggery and baking powder into the milk mixture.
- Mix it until well-combined.
- Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
- Divide and fill the batter evenly into the muffin liners.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Then, insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin. A clean toothpick indicates that the muffins are well-baked, while a moist and sticky toothpick suggests they are underbaked.
- Let it cool for 5 mins in the cooling rack. Serve and Enjoy!!
