Ingredients

  • Ripe Bananas (Medium sized) - 3
  • Milk - 236ml/ 1 cup
  • Vegetable Oil - 60ml/ ¼ cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour - 180g/ 1 ½ cups 
  • Jaggery - 100g/ ½ cup
  • Baking Powder -5g/ 1 tsp 
  • Chopped dark chocolate - 90g/ ½ Cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 mins and line your muffin tray with muffin liners. 
  2. In a separate large bowl, smash your bananas and add milk and vegetable oil. 
  3. Sift together wheat flour, jaggery and baking powder into the milk mixture.
  4. Mix it until well-combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  6. Divide and fill the batter evenly into the muffin liners. 
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Then, insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin. A clean toothpick indicates that the muffins are well-baked, while a moist and sticky toothpick suggests they are underbaked.
  8. Let it cool for 5 mins in the cooling rack. Serve and Enjoy!!
