ASK Foods’s Cancellation and Refunds
Once the order is placed, order confirmation will be communicated on your registered email address with a unique order identification number. Request you to use the assigned order identification number in all communications with us with respect to the order placed.
ASK Foods reserves the right to accept or reject an order. Order acceptance is subject to dispatch of the product.
Order cancellations can be done by contacting our customer support at provided email address or phone number. You will receive a full refund if order cancellation is carried out on the same day of order placement or before dispatch of your order- whichever comes first . Else the order will be considered confirmed.
Due to the nature of business and products, all sales are considered final.
You are eligible for refund if
- the order has been cancelled before dispatch or on the same day, whichever comes first.
- you have received a wrong product. In all such events, contact our customer support at provided email address or phone number within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt your order .
- if we aren’t able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product please contact us at the given contact details as in cases of quality we handle issues case by case. Our refund policy may include a refund though some restrictions apply.
Please note: In case of orders approved for refund, the amount will be credited to the card or the account used during order placement or original method of payment.
You will not be eligible for refund if
- you refuse to accept the product at time of delivery .
- if arrangements have not been made for delivery of the product;
- if shipment was returned due to incorrect address
- if damage to product is reported after 24 hours of receipt of product;
ASK Foods reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.
Please note: Shipping, handling and taxes are not eligible for refund.
