About Dark Chocolate:
Cooking or Baking Chocolate is a chocolate that is intended for baking and making desserts/chocolates. Dark Chocolate (cooking ) contains cocoa solids and cocoa butter. This is slightly sweetened. It is used to make chocolates, and as a decorating ingredient – frosting covering, spreading, topping cakes, pastries, desserts, etc.
It is best used for brownies, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate sauce, chocolate truflles, mousse, hot chocolate. These are just a few examples of the many ways that cooking or baking chocolate can be used in the kitchen. How to Use Dark Cooking or Baking Chocolate :
Option 1: Double boiler – Put chopped chocolate on top of a double boiler. Melt ⅓ of chocolate slowly and then add ⅔. Slowly stir until all chocolate is melted.
Option 2: Microwave – Put small pieces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Set on low heat. Stir every 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy. Make chocolate (molded/filled), covering, spreading, coating & decoration.

Storage Instructions:
Store it in a cool & dry place, away from direct sunlight. Due to temperature and humidity changes, whitish coating may appear on Chocolates, it is called Chocolate Bloom .This does not affect its fitness for consumption.
