  • About: Cocoa powder, an unsweetened chocolate product, is the powdered dry solids of cocoa beans. During the processing of cocoa beans, cocoa butter is extracted and the remaining solids are then powdered to make cocoa powder. It is used to lend a deep chocolate flavor to desserts and beverages.     Option 2: Microwave – Put small pieces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Set on low heat. Stir every 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy.

    Make chocolate (molded/filled), covering, spreading, coating & decoration.
