About: Cocoa powder, an unsweetened chocolate product, is the powdered dry solids of cocoa beans. During the processing of cocoa beans, cocoa butter is extracted and the remaining solids are then powdered to make cocoa powder. It is used to lend a deep chocolate flavor to desserts and beverages. Dutch-processed cocoa powder removes acidity and gives chocolates and desserts a much deeper chocolatey hue.

It is used to make chocolates, and as a decorating ingredient – frosting, covering, spreading, topping cakes, pastries, desserts, etc. It is best used for brownies, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate sauce, etc.
Ingredients: Sugar, Milk Solids, Hydrogenated Veg fat & emulsifiers
How to Use :
Option 1: Double boiler – Put chopped chocolate on top of a double boiler. Melt ⅓ of chocolate slowly and then add ⅔. Slowly stir until all chocolate is melted.
Option 2: Microwave – Put small pieces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Set on low heat. Stir every 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Make chocolate (molded/filled), covering, spreading, coating & decorating.
