ASK Foods’s Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Deliveries on weekends or holidays is dependent on the policies of our delivery partner and can vary. In case of high volume of orders, we will communicate to you via Whatsapp or email about the expected delay in delivery. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is chargeable and will be included in the billing invoice. 

• We offer free delivery for orders above 500 within Karnataka.
• A flat rate of 50 is added for orders below 500 within Karnataka. 
• Applicable rates will be added to orders outside of Karnataka.

We will dispatch your orders within 5 days of receiving your order. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and will follow our courier or logistic partners policies.

Damages

ASK Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. You will receive shipment confirmation and the tracking information via Whatsapp and email once the product has been dispatched. 

Returns Policy

We currently do not offer returns. If however, the products are not to your satisfaction, write to us at customercare@askfoods.in or contact us for a prompt resolution.

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer International Shipping.
