  • Chia seeds - 28g/ 3 tbsp 
  • Milk - 250ml/ 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 12g/ 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 15ml/ 1 tbsp
  • Banana (small size) -1

Instructions

  1. In a glass, add chia seeds, cocoa powder, honey and milk.
  2. Mix well until well-combined.
  3. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  4. After three hours, take your pudding out of the refrigerator and top it with chopped fruit. Serve and Enjoy!
