- Dark Compound Chocolate - 200g/ 1 cup
- Unsalted Butter - 115g / ½ cup
- Granulated Sugar - 100g / ½ cup
- All Purpose Flour - 80g / ¾ cup
- Cocoa Powder - 35g / ⅓ cup
- Salt- 1.42g/ ¼ tsp
- Baking Powder - 10g/ 2 tsp
- Curd-177ml/ ¾ cups
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking tray with butter paper and set it aside.
- Combine maida, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a sieve, and sift them together before setting them aside.
- Microwave the chocolate and butter for 30 seconds, stirring until completely melted.
- Next, incorporate curd and sugar into the melted chocolate, whisking until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tray and tap it gently on the counter to release any excess air.
- Bake the tray in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies rest for at least 30 minutes.
