Ingredients

  • Milk  powder - 68g/ 1 cup
  • Milk - 125ml/ 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 28g/ 4 tsp
  • Cocoa powder - 14g/ 1 tbsp
  • Milk Chocolate - 20g/ 1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk - 36g/ 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Chopped pistachios - 15g/ 1 tbsp
  • Dried rose petals - 3g/ 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk powder, milk, ghee, and cocoa powder. 
  2. Mix until there are no lumps. 
  3. Chop the milk chocolate and set it aside.
  4. Cook the milk mixture over low heat for 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
  5.  At this point, add the chopped dark chocolate and condensed milk. 
  6. Continue cooking on low heat for another 5 minutes until you achieve a soft and gooey texture, as shown below. If the mixture is sticky, add more ghee and mix well.
  7. Allow it to cool to room temperature, and once cooled, roll it into small balls or any size you prefer. 
  8. Top with chopped nuts and dried rose petals.
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
