Ingredients
- Milk - 473ml/ 2 cups
- Corn flour - 50g/ 5 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 15g/ 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 75g/ 5 tbsp
- Coffee powder - 5g/ 1 tbsp

Instructions
- In a separate bowl, add milk, corn flour, and cocoa powder.
- Whisk well until you have a lump-free slurry texture.
- In a saucepan add the remaining one cup of milk, sugar, and coffee powder. Heat on medium heat, until the sugar and coffee dissolve completely.
- Add the corn flour slurry to the coffee mixture and whisk continuously on low-medium heat until the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the heat and pour into any glass cup of your choice.
- Refrigerate for one hour or until set. The pudding should have a jiggling texture without breaking.
- Take it out from the refrigerator and top it with your desired toppings. Serve and Enjoy!!
