Ingredients

  • Milk - 473ml/ 2 cups 
  • Corn flour - 50g/ 5 tbsp 
  • Cocoa powder - 15g/ 2 tbsp 
  • Sugar - 75g/ 5 tbsp
  • Coffee powder - 5g/ 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a separate bowl, add milk, corn flour, and cocoa powder.
  2. Whisk well until you have a lump-free slurry texture. 
  3. In a saucepan add the remaining one cup of milk, sugar, and coffee powder. Heat on medium heat, until the sugar and coffee dissolve completely. 
  4. Add the corn flour slurry to the coffee mixture and whisk continuously on low-medium heat until the mixture thickens. 
  5. Turn off the heat and pour into any glass cup of your choice.
  6. Refrigerate for one hour or until set. The pudding should have a jiggling texture without breaking. 
  7. Take it out from the refrigerator and top it with your desired toppings. Serve and Enjoy!!

    1. Salted Caramel Mocha Pudding-  Add in 1/4 tsp flaky salt and 1 tbsp of caramel syrup to the pudding. 
    2. Orange Mocha Pudding- Add 1 tbsp of orange zest and 1 tbsp of orange extract or orange juice.
    3. Irish Mocha Pudding - Add 1 tbsp Irish cream liqueur.
