  • Sugar - 12g/ 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 29ml/ 2 tbsp 
  • Curd - 7ml/ ½ tbsp
  • All-purpose flour - 35g/ 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - 2.6g/ 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 0.6g/ 1/8tsp
  • Baking soda - 0.28g/ 1/16tsp
  • Dark chocolate - 30g/ 2tbs
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional) - 1 small scoop

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe cup, combine melted butter, sugar, milk, and curd.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined. 
  3. Now, add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. 
  5. Chop the dark chocolate and mix half of the chocolate into the batter.
  6. Add the other half on top of the mixture.
  7. Microwave for one minute.
  8. Then, Serve it with ice cream on top and enjoy!
