Ingredients

  • Milk Chocolate-200g/  1 Cup
  • Pistachios- 60g/ ½  Cup
  • Vermicelli-30g/  ¼ Cup
  • White Chocolate- 60g/ ¼ Cup
  • Ghee- 2.5g/ ½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the milk chocolate.
  2. Melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring in between each interval. 
  3. Use a spoon to apply the melted chocolate into the heart mould, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Place the mould with the melted chocolate in the freezer for 15 minutes. 
  5. Next, chop the white chocolate. 
  6. In a mixer grinder, combine the white chocolate and pistachios, grinding until you achieve a spread-like texture. 
  7. Chop the vermicelli into small pieces in such a way they fit into the tiny heart mould. 
  8. In a pan, add ghee and fry the vermicelli for 2-5 minutes.
  9. Then, mix the fried vermicelli with the pistachio mixture. 
  10. Remove the mould with the chocolate from the freezer and fill it with the pistachio and vermicelli mixture. 
  11. Top it with more melted chocolate, and use a spoon or spatula to smoothen the surface. 
  12. Freeze for another 15 minutes. 
  13. Finally, drizzle some melted chocolate and sprinkle it with chopped nuts.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
