Cooking or Baking Chocolate is a chocolate that is intended for baking and making desserts/chocolates. White Chocolate (cooking ) contains Milk Solids and Sugar. This is slightly sweetened. It is used to make chocolates, and as a decorating ingredient – frosting, covering, spreading, topping cakes, pastries, desserts, etc. It is best used for brownies, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate sauce, etc.

How to Use White Cooking or Baking Chocolate :
Option 1: Double boiler – Put chopped chocolate on top of a double boiler. Melt ⅓ of chocolate slowly and then add ⅔. Slowly stir until all chocolate is melted.
Option 2: Microwave – Put small pieces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Set on low heat. Stir every 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy. Make chocolate (molded/filled), covering, spreading, coating & decorating.
