For better result:
Option 1: Double boiler – Put chopped chocolate on top of double boiler. Melt ⅓ of chocolate slowly and then add ⅔ . Slowly stir until all chocolate is melted.
Option 2 : Microwave – Put small pieces of chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Set on low heat. Stir every 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Store in cool and Dry Place
Keep water away from chocolate ; It causes chocolates to seize up and become unusable.
